I grew up reading Stephen King and still occasionally read his older stories like Misery, Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank Redemption and the Shining. More recent favourites have been The Cutting Room by Louise Welsh, Trust Your Eyes by Linwood Barclay and The Passage by Justin Cronin. I’ve written since my early twenties mostly for my personal enjoyment – mainly crime and thriller material, but who knows, maybe some sci-fi in the future…
I wrote my first novel during the course of 2013 after making a new year’s resolution to be more creative. It took me a full 12 months to write and I loved every minute of it. The book is called To Catch A Storm and is available as an ebook or printed book to buy online.
Since writing To Catch A Storm, I have written a short story and am now making great progress with the sequel which I’m aiming to release late in 2015. I hope you enjoy reading my stuff as much as I enjoy writing it.
